6/19/13, E’s – Edamame, Eggs, Eggplant. (The latter two were for breakfast, cooked up like a hash with yellow potatoes, onion, and garlic!)
6/30/13, F’s – Fettuccine, florentine, figs, focaccia.
7/1/13, G’s – Grapes. Guacamole. Garbanzo beans. Green pepper. Ginger. Garlic. Gorgonzola.
The majority of the G’s I knocked out eating this!
It was a cous cous salad that I picked up from our local organic grocery store which contained cous cous, garbanzo beans, green peppers, onions, garlic, tomatoes, ginger, carrot, celery, and various herbs and spices. I added chopped cucumber, fresh spinach, and Gorgonzola cheese that I had on hand, plus a drizzle of olive oil just to moisten everything up.
7/2/13, H’s – Hummus. Hoagie. Honey. Hamburger. The hummus was Kalamata Olive Hummus from Trader Joes and I have to admit this is one of my favorite things I’ve bought there now. MEGA delicious.
